新しいテーマが浮かんで、早速実際に描いてみると、全然違う感じの絵が出来てしまうときがある。
上は僕の最新作、「The Fear」（恐怖）。
今回は初めてスケッチに近い、もっとラフなものを描いてみた。
カラーにちょっと時間をかけたけど、ラインは殆ど最初に描いたままに残した。
この原始的な（子供っぽい？）結果を以外と気に入ったので、同じ感じのヤツをいくつか描いてみたいと思った（全然違うアイディアが出くる前にね．．．）

Just when I think that I’ve decided on a new direction or theme for my artwork, I put (virtual) pen to paper and something completely different comes out.

Here is my latest piece entitled “The Fear”. It is the first time that I have gone for something less polished and closer to a virtual sketch. Though I spent some time on the colouring, I left the basic line work almost as it was. I was surprised to find that I actually liked the primitive/childlike result and think that I will try a few more pieces along these lines…well, until another completely different idea comes along at least.
