このイラストをだいぶ前に描き始めて、今週は最後の仕上げをした。
僕の一番好きなテレビ番組の一つ、ツイン・ピークスに対する賛辞です。
去年シーズン２のDVDがやっとリリースされて、最近再び最初から全部を見てみた。
もう1度見たら、監督のデビッド・リンチは本物の天才ということを再確認できた。
以下のクリップからこの作品のインスピレーションを得た。
I finally added the finishing touches to this piece that I started a little while back. It is a tribute to one of my favourite TV shows of all time, Twin Peaks.
We recently finished watching the second season which was finally released on DVD last year. Watching the whole thing again confirmed in my mind the fact that director David Lynch is one of the few people alive today that I would describe as a true genius.
Here also is the clip from Twin Peaks that inspired my picture.

Love the Twin Peeks poster. Would make a great screen-print, I think.

Thanks for the feedback. Could work nicely as a print but the amount of colours at present would give us a headache.

Thought you might like this one Snakedance. It’s been in the pipeline for a while. Not quite the masterpiece homage I had envisaged, but it will do for now.
I also had an idea for a clothing line called “Ghostwood” for a while too… not sure about copyright with that one.
