ブログをアップデートしたら、上の絵をまだネットで公開していないことに気付いた。
実は、これは僕にとって今まで一番満足している作品の一つ。
イラストというより、もっと「アート」に近い作品を描きたかった。それに、ホラー的なものを美しく見せたかった－パッと見たら普通の絵に見えるけど、良く見たら骸骨が描かれている。

この様な「美しい骨」シリーズを考えていたが、また一枚で終わってしまった･･･。

While I was updating my blog, I realised that I had never put this piece up.
It is actually one of my favourites, and was an attempt to do something closer to “art” than illustration.　I wanted to produce something that included horror elements but was also decorative and perhaps even beautiful. I only wanted people to notice the skulls on closer inspection.

As ever I had a whole series of “beautiful bones” in mind but only got this far…
