Monkey Wants Bananas

Synopsis:
A professor creates a machine that allows humans to communicate with animals. The contraption consists of a metal cap that goes on the animal's head, which is attached to to an LCD display and a speaker.
Experiments are of course conducted on monkeys (possibly chimps), allowing for maximum fun as the story unfolds.
After a few scenes of the unfortunate primates being subjected to experiments, a boy (possibly the son of someone who works at the corporation that owns the labs) rumbles the experiment and feeling sorry for the apes, frees one of the them. The ape in question is of course wearing the communication helmet when he is set free.
The monkey is now the boy's "new best friend" and hilarious adventures ensue. Most of the gags derive from some of the monkey's (limited) catch phrases, which are repeated ad nauseum.
Some gems include:
"Hey bozo!!!" and of course "Monkey wants bananas!!!"
The monkey "utters" each phrase by first thinking it so it appears on the LED display and then by pressing a button so that the phrase is blasted through the speakers in a robotic voice.

The monkey gets the boy into a lot of trouble but they also have a hell of a lot of fun!!!

Conclusion:
The monkey helps the boy bring down the evil corporation that was doing the experiments on the monkeys in the first place.

Final Scene:
The criminal boss is buried under a whole heap of bananas that the monkey promptly sets about guzzling!!!
